Alpine Fire District

The Alpine Fire District serves the communities of Alpine and Nutrioso, Arizona and also assists with emergencies outside the two communities. The District is a special tax department encompassing 25 square miles and responsible for Fire and EMS protection to its citizens.  The Alpine Fire District population consists of approximately 750 full time residents and 2500 part time residents.

The Alpine Fire District provides CPR and First Aid Training, as well as, fire prevention, evacuation, and disaster preparedness programs. The District also participates with Hug-A-Tree and Toys for Tots programs.

What to do in Alpine

The Alpine Area includes the small mountain communities of Alpine, Nutrioso, Hannagan Meadow, and Blue in eastern Arizona’s White Mountains.
